When a man yells obscenities at his employees, does that mean he's a bad person?

Yet if he is kind and gentle with the woman he is trying to woo (woo?), handling her as if she were a fragile object he would never break, what does that make him?

A charming Dr. Jekyll grappling with his unbearable Hyde? Someone who's able to compartmentalize his emotions as easily as he might be able to organize his sock drawer?
