Short Update

Earlier today, a friend begged me to update this blog.

There isn't much that's happening right now: some boys, some weight loss, a new tube of lipstick bought yesterday, getting to sit a few feet away from Neil Gaiman as he talked about writing as craft, Sandman and how he started out in journalism. There's the usual retinue of ecstasy and heartache, genuine moments of connection, love (possibly) reforged.

Wish me luck, friends. I hope I know what I'm doing.

Someday, I'll write about it all, when my stomach stops hurting and I've had my fill of transcendance.
