Good People, Finally!

This is proof that there are still many good people left in the world.

As someone who lives with a differently abled sibling everyday, it is good to know that there is a now growing awareness and sympathy for the differently abled in Metro Manila. For many years, it has been a constant struggle for us (and families like us) to have to deal with ignorant f*ckers who simply labelled special individuals like my brother as 'insane' or 'loko-loko'.

Groups like Katipunan ng mga Magulang ng mga Batang May Kapansanan (KMBK) is proof that this is slowly changing: filipinos are becoming more enlightened.

It's about goddamn time.
